What is small group personal training?

Small Group Personal Training combines the best of personal training and group fitness. You’ll train in a group of just 4 people, which means you still get personal attention, tailored coaching, and proper technique correction — but also the motivation, accountability, and energy of a group setting.

Unlike a large fitness class, every aspect is designed around you. Alongside your workouts, you’ll also receive:

>> Nutrition coaching to support your goals and improve your energy.

>> Habit and lifestyle coaching to help you stay consistent outside the gym

>> Regular weigh-ins and measurements so you can track real progress

It’s more focused and personalised than a big class, more supportive than going it alone, and more affordable than traditional 1-on-1 training.

I’m not very fit right now — will I be able to keep up?

Absolutely. Every workout is scaled to your current fitness level. Whether you’re a complete beginner or haven’t trained in years, we’ll meet you where you are. You’ll build strength, mobility, and endurance safely, step by step with the guidance and support of your coach.

I’m really busy with work and family — how much time do I need?

Most of our members train 2–3 times per week for 45–60 minutes per session. That’s all it takes to see noticeable results. We know you’ve got a busy schedule, so our workouts are designed to be time-efficient while delivering maximum impact.

How quickly will I see results?

Most clients notice improvements in energy, strength, and fitness within the first 2–4 weeks. Visible changes like fat loss and muscle definition typically show after 6–12 weeks, depending on consistency and lifestyle.

What if I have an old injury or health concern?

We regularly work with people who have past injuries or health considerations. Before you start, we’ll discuss your needs and adjust exercises to keep you safe while still progressing. Many clients find their strength and mobility actually improve as their body gets stronger.

Do I need to follow a strict diet?

No extreme diets here. We’ll give you straightforward nutrition guidance that’s flexible and fits your lifestyle. No fad diets, no giving up your favorite foods — just small, sustainable changes that work long-term..
